I Don’t Wanna Drag This Out But…

I think this is a pretty cule picture!  In fact, I think this, the best part of the series…  I always save the best for last! We will romp and play through a tiny world, one of mystery, craftsmanship, and three containers that are over 150 years old!

I can’t tell you the heartache I endured picking tiny, white flecks off this thing!  The thrashing of limbs, and gnawing of teeth!  OK…  Perhaps not THAT bad… You wanted craftmanship?  Don’t forget to examine it full size in the slide show.  There’s more where that came from!

Hears the more craftmanship…  I remember seeing the tops of these lighters in the late 1950’s…  That takes me back to the constant flow of gasoline fumes!

These are the three that are over 150 years old.  I dunno.  I would think they’d have to have been mummified in Saran Wrap to come out looking this good!  See?  Someone’s always trying to pull a fast one on me.  And I’m always just one step behind them :O(

Here is one of the tiny, cups from England.  It’s from the: ‘Royal Dalton’ collection.  Guys would just laugh at how tiny they are!  So ladies, you might like this one to remind you to drink more coffee.  LOL!  Notice how I have conveniently left some space on our left for icons…

And here we have the mystery…  There’s also a close-up that shows blue flame at the bottom of the candle light…  Enjoy the sideshow…

Where Does God Live?

Below is a response I gave to Pat…  I presently await her answer.  Some of you know her, and some don’t!  She is very close to God and before I begin, I want you to know that I do respect her beliefs, and have felt the presence of a superior being working within my life as well.  So the object of this post is NOT to deny God’s existence, but to get answers.  I thought perhaps if I widen my scope of enquiry, it my improve my understanding of God!  Comprehending me?  Anyway, this below, was my questioning to her.  You must go to her site to see how this all began.  Click on: ‘One Wish’ and read the comments section for the whole scoop:

Dear Darling One; How did you get so wise huh? You make people pick up their Bibles! According to Heb. 11:1 ‘Faith is the assured expectation of what is hoped for,+ the evident demonstration* of realities that are not seen.’ I was a Jehovah’s Witness. They used to be called ‘Bible Students’ because they know the Bible so well! Too bad they don’t put it into practice… Anyway, they have a great site for grabbing quotes from the Bible and much more:
You surprised me that you used quantum mechanics as a rhealm where impossibilities become possible!

Lets move to the other end of the scale shall we? When a star dies, it releases all the elements that made us. We are literally composed of star-dust. Yes? So if the stars made us, how could God have done so? We can look back to the very beginning of the universe within every possible spectrum of light, and we haven’t found hide nor hair of the man? LOL! Add to this, if he is perfect, how on earth did he create such an imperfect being as us? All through life, we find that everything we’re told is a lie. Yet I’m supposed to believe what sounds like the biggest whopper of all! And since time did not exist before the beginning of the universe, how could God have existed to make the thing?

Since organised religion could never answer me, and I have caught them in mistakes like: ‘God will not create life anywhere else until He perfects us!’ Yet now we know there are, as a conservative estimate, 33 billion Earth like planets in our galaxy alone (not including exo-moons), any one of which, an advanced being with what we’d call supernatural powers could have emerged from… And since a star moved across the sky, and then hovered over a manager, it’s hard not to think: ‘Space-craft’ And since Religion has zip for answers, I’m inclined to have questions. I do NOT deny that God exists. I simply feel that He talks to us in ways that people could understand 2000 years ago. Yet by expanding an element of mystery to His nature, He looks larger and more powerful than us.

He says we can’t see Him because He’s a spirit, yet if He made us in his image, as having a spiritual nature as well, then why not? And since we are now on the verge of being able to greatly extend our own lives, and learning more every day about how to improve our own way of life, why do we need Him? I know… Just saying this stuff makes me feel like The Anti-Christ, but these are very pertinent questions to me! In fact, I may copy this as a blog, and just see who has the answers… What say you?

Learning and knowing are two different things

That’s why I always ask you: ‘Do you know what you know?’  It’s because I know human nature.  Certainly, we go to school, and we learn a bunch of stuff that we neatly tuck away at the back of our brain someplace, where it sits there to rot!  We go on about our lives, become involved with other things.  Practical things like employment, raising children and how to cheat without getting caught.  Stuff like that there.

What happens to our curiosity though?  It is left unnourished… And whatever is unnourished dies!  Somehow, (don’t ask me why) we bond so strongly with that one Teacher in our lives that is able to teach us the difference between knowing and applying what we know in ways that expand and enhance our understanding of it.  We know a little about a person, place or thing (nouns) and then believe we we fully understand when in fact, we don’t.  This is the way it is all over the world.  So I will ask you once again: ‘Do you know what you know?’

Unraveling a mystery

What seems very simple to us on the surface, can in fact be very complex.  A man studied a swordtail: a type of tropical fish for 35 years, and still didn’t know everything there was to know about that swordtail!  Some mysteries about it, couldn’t be solved by approaching the matter using the same methodology, as to know something else about it.  In other words, the man had to rethink the way in which he viewed that fish, in order to unravel the mystery about why it did certain things the way it did.  It was like taking a shot in the dark that would sometimes pay off, and sometimes wouldn’t.  Eventually, he discovered he just couldn’t understand everything, and couldn’t carry out the proper assessments to teach the fish anything at all.

What went wrong?

Well he thought that by studying how the fish moved and what it did, he could learn how to make it do other more advanced things.  So the problem was not so much with what the fish did or didn’t do.  Observing this was one step yes.  Yet the man neglected to teach himself the all important next step.  And that was, to communicate to the fish what he knew, in a way that would convince the fish that it needed to do it.  Not for survival.  Surviving isn’t enough.  To truly become aware, we must learn.  And to learn, we must apply what we know, and adapt from the experience itself!

How do I reach you?

Up to now, I’ve been a lot like the man studying the Swordtail.  I’ve been telling you how to do things to improve your health and therefore equip your self with a higher understanding.  Yet what I have not been doing, is telling you how these benefits have helped me.  I have just laid down a bunch of facts yet have failed to communicate with you, how and why you need to discipline yourself to carry them out.  How would you ever learn a thing without first becoming enthusiastic about it?  So discipline, is going to be the first thing we will work with…  Why?  It’s because learning is the thing that you truly love the most, and you will never do it if you don’t have discipline!  We will embark on this journey together, in new and exciting ways!  Here’s to our collaborative success for 2015…

This is a picture of Leslie and me, with Leslie holding her Grandson Austin Christmas Eve 2014…  He is 8 months old now. Don’t look at my bony knees!  LOL!

We are all Aliens

hs-2007-41-a-1680x1050_wallpaperThe cloud formation you see will all be forming new stars with planets and moons, and in some cases, captured asteroids. And around the hub (center) of this galaxy, there are perhaps 100 or more globular clusters, each containing in excess of a million stars.  That would give you a kind of down on view of the galaxy, instead of looking through it as we do.

A cloud of mystery

Are we alone in the universe?  The question almost seems redundant at this point…  Are Klingons still circling around Uranus though?  Hardly…  Then you get those cracked pots that think there’s another planet orbiting the sun directly on the opposite side, so we can’t see it of corpse.  And they called it “Klataca” or “Remulac”, or “Women Vikings from Venus!” or whatever have you…

People say that the building blocks for life could have floated in on a meteor; so I guess that’s how we got lions and tigers and bears…Oh my.  Is that the picture?  I believe it was just a handful of different life forms that eventually mutated into many.  I do believe alien civilizations are out their, I just think the distances are so vast, it’s not like going downtown for a coke.  You know?

Absolute proof

The truth of the matter is then, that we are all Aliens…  Our home planet then is really somewhere else.  Here, apparently, we’re just renting.  Now, I’m going to show you something from earth and I want you to keep an open mind, and see for yourself if this is not an alien.

giant-squid-big-pictureOK.  So…  Are you going to tell me this looks like us?  I’m mean, anything that’s full of tentacles. with a huge eye, has a pencil tipped body and can grow to four times my size, and likes to fight with whales, now that’s an alien to me…  First I’d defecate in my brand new swim suit, and then I’d try in run away in slow motion; like you do in a nightmare sometimes.  No thank you!  I’d rather stay with guppies if it’s all the same to you.

Even if we look at things from a biblical point of view, it really sound like aliens were involved.  Maybe the visit we’re all looking for, happened 2013 years ago. Here are three wise-men, instructed to kill the kid by King Harod, following a star that stops, and hovers over the spot where the Wise-men are to find: Hotel Horse-shed.  They’re wise, so that shouldn’t be too much of a problem in downtown Bethlehem.

First off, stars don’t stop moving, and secondly, Mary was not impregnated by any human being…  Now there’s a clue right there; plus Christ had super-natural powers, that any technological race capable of distant space flight, would be expected to have.

And how come He won’t talk to me, but expects me to talk to Him?  That’s because he would have had to have left a telecommunications device, which would give their technological advances away, and we’d start asking what the rates are for space flights to their world. He’d have to say “No.”.  And then we’d think God is cheap, and it just wouldn’t have worked out right then at all.

Look all around you and you’ll spot alien looking things everywhere you go.  It doesn’t make sense to me somehow, that God can make beautiful flowers, yet also, useless, animal infecting, blood sucking, mosquitos as well!  Why?  We could set off a two volt static electric charge in the atmosphere every summer for just 15 seconds and it would kill them all off.  We worry it will ignite the atmosphere while we merrily run around setting off nukes.  So sometimes I think we’re pretty alien ourselves.

In summary

Please understand, I’m not claiming that God does not exist, only that He might not take on the form that we expect: “An old man with long grey hair, and a staff (Kitchen help, a Limo., Maids and Butlers…  That sort of thing; Pomp and Splendor).

810So then, you’re not going to tell me that “thing” there looks like a house guest you’d invite over for a tea and a chat are you?  I dispose what I’m trying to tell you is this; you/we, don’t need to spend millions of space dollars listening for aliens, when we’ve got all the selection we could ever ask for, right here on planet Earth!

Did you know that if a flea were our size, it could jump over The CN Tower?  And what about viruses?  The creepy things aren’t even living ’til they get inside you; yet they spread havoc from within, and can often kill us.  If that’s not like: “Invasion of The Body Snatchers”, I don’t know what is!

A herd of wasps…  (herd?).  A nest of wasps was found inside the side of a mountain they exploded for excavation.  The camera was set up a fair distance from the explosion; maybe 300 yards, when out came this swarm.  And you could see them getting bigger and bigger as they approached the camera.

By the time they did reach the camera, they were all bigger than three feet in size!  Now how is that for a nightmare?  Ever been around a small family of locusts?

I think I’ve more than proved my point that we are living on an alien world to begin with, and here we are looking “out there” for them.  Are we all blind?  Dah?

Don’t forget to have your pet Buffalo nibble your grass :O)
