A New Idea from an Old Source…

Remember when you were young and went to parties, and someone would inevitably put a lampshade over there head, as a practical joke that got tired, real fast!  Well sometimes I just want to curl up with a good book rather than listen to a lot of tripe around me.  So I could sit in a chair, with a lampshade over my head that’s equipped with it’s own flash-light on top.  Then I can just tune out when and wherever I please.  In exchange, I’ll be camouflaged as a lamp!

Here’s an even more important idea…

Every time your heart beats, an electric charge speeds down to your heart and makes it contract.  When the charge fades, your heart pushes out blood.  Though your heart muscle can twitch on its own, this current helps synchronise your heart’s rate.

While someone is dying, there heart rate accelerates some 220 beats per minute or more!  Of corpse your heart can’t take this forever, so it eventually shuts down.

What I propose, is that it just may be music what soothes the savage beast.  What if you had like, really cule, like Pink Floyd cule type music playing in exact, synchronism with the rapid heart beat, and were to very gradually turn down the speed of the music, just a touch, and wait for the heart to adjust.  Then a touch more, following the same routine until you quiet the heart back to normal.  I’ll have to ask my Butcher, if he thinks that’s possible..  Plants respond to music, and they don’t even have ears…  Well, corn does…
